The aluminum radiator plated approximately 10 um electroless nickel deposit have good solderability. The error of gear is easy to maintain in ±0.3~0.5um after electroless plating. But if adopting electroplating, the eligible range of error cannot reach unless the gear was machined after finishing the eletroless plating process.
The electroless nickel deposit on fuel injector can provide good fuel corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Generally, fuel corrosion and wear would enlarge fuel spray nozzles, both will increase fuel injection quantity and cause horsepower of automobile engine exceed the standard and accelerate the damage of engine. Electroless nickel deposit can effectively prevent corrosion and wear, improve the reliability and the service life of the engine.
